our Return Policy below.
Items may be returned within 30 days after the ship date for exchange or a refund. If you would like to replace the item you have returned,
please request exchange and follow steps provided in email.
While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:
Proper Conditions for Return & Credit
- Returned merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing intact.
- Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of ship date.
- Returns must be pre-authorized by representative of Dr. Christopher Zoumalan.
- Please note: We regret that Dr. Christopher Zoumalan, MD cannot cover the cost of shipping for product returns.
- 30-Day Return Policy does not apply to international orders.
- Dr. Christopher Zoumalan MD will not refund shipping for packages refused by the customer or orders that are cancelled after confirmation, and these orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. International shipments that are refused will be treated as abandoned and will not be refunded. Please open and inspect your parcels within a timely manner.
Returning an Item
If your merchandise arrived with a broken seal, please contact Customer Service.
If you would like to make an exchange or return for store credit, please initiate the Return Request for your order. Once your return has been received
and inspected, a store credit will be issued. At this time, our staff can ship the requested exchanged item, or the store credit can be used to place
a new order at your convenience.
Because of security concerns, we cannot combine store credit across multiple accounts.
When your return is received and processed, you will receive an email from Customer Service letting you know the status of your return and when to
expect your return credit. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for your credit to be issued once your return is received. Also, please keep in mind that it can take up to 2 billing cycles for a credit to post to your account. If you have still not seen a credit post to your account after 2 billing
cycles after your refund notification, please contact your financial institution.
